All occupants will be considerate of others and respect the property.
The Board of the Maui Kamaole AOAO has passed an enforceable set of House Rules designed to promote a well-maintained, peaceful, and safe condominium complex. All owners, renters, and others visiting the property are expected to abide by these rules. There is a reference copy of the complete set of House Rules in every unit.
- Maui Kamaole is for exclusive use by owners and registered guests. Upon arrival on property, guests must confirm that they have read and agree to follow House Rules.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. with attention to noise restraint expected throughout the day, especially at the pools.
- Maui Kamaole is Smoke-Free Zone except for designated smoking areas. See Property Map.
- Pool users must be aware of and follow all pertinent rules of the State of Hawaii and our complex.
In Hawaii, the word KOKUA means to help or be considerate of others with no expected benefit to yourself. Our Code of Conduct can be simply stated: Practice Kokua.
